UBS Warburg chooses Panopticon's Market Map for equity research

Stockholm, Sweden, June 14, 2002 – Panopticon, the heat mapping provider, today announced that UBS Warburg has incorporated Panopticon's advanced heat mapping technology into their global equity site. The implementation was done in three weeks.

In an effort to further develop its award-winning broker research site, UBS Warburg is adding the Panopticon Market Map to their web site. The Panopticon Market Map is a revolutionary interface leveraging on heat mapping technology which enables users to get an instantaneous view of how various stock markets or sectors are performing.

The Panopticon Market Map represents a distinctive improvement in the way UBS present market data to their clients on the UBSW Client Portal. Using Panopticon's heat map it has become easier and more intuitive for clients to keep updated, to understand UBSW's views of the market and to screen stocks. The tool is also used by UBS Warburg's institutional sales force, enabling them to more effectively serve clients.
