DWS Investment chooses Panopticon's fund map for advisor site

Stockholm, Sweden, April 28, 2003 – Panopticon, the heat mapping provider, today announced that DWS Investment, Deutsche Bank's Fund Management arm, has purchased Panopticon's powerful Fund Map designed for advisors.

DWS has launched the Fund Map on their advisor site which is accessible to more than 5000 sales people at Deutsche Bank. The application displays fund information and combines data in a unique way. You can instantly see fund categories, fund families, and individual fund performance, their rating as well as in- and outflows.

The feedback DWS has got from the users has been overwhelmingly positive. "We see the heat map as an additional service that offers new and intuitive functionality compared to more traditional tools such as spreadsheets and performance charts", said Alexander Gallas, Project Manager at DWS Investment in Germany. "Many users are asking us to publish more information in the heat map format which they find very easy to use".
