Actions allow EX Workbooks to be more interactive:

• Link information in Dashboards to external systems

• Use Navigation Actions to pre-filter Dashboards

• Open web pages contextually through URL Actions

• Execute JavaScript functions in context using Script Actions

Actions use Parameters to pass selected data to external applications, to JavaScript functions and to other Dashboards.
