 Robert Ekström is CEO for Panopticon. Previously he has served as President of Digital Vision, listed on the Stockholm stock exchange and a leading developer of advanced digital media applications specialising in film and video solutions. Prior to Digital Vision, Robert was CEO of Popwire Technology AB, co-owned by Swedish financial giant Investor and telecommunications equipment manufacturer Ericsson. Robert has also held senior management positions at Microsoft, NCR and Digital Equipment as well as at numerous successful start-ups.

 Magnus Persson is CFO at Panopticon. Previously he has served as Executive Vice President of Digital Vision, listed on the Stockholm stock exchange and a leading developer of advanced digital media applications specialising in film and video solutions. Prior to Digital Vision, Magnus was CFO of Popwire Technology AB, co-owned by Swedish financial giant Investor and telecommunications equipment manufacturer Ericsson. Magnus has also held senior management positions at Sendit and AT&T as well as at numerous successful start-ups. Magnus has been an advisor for numerous M&A transactions and serves on the Boards for several other companies. |

 Willem De Geer is Executive Vice President for the company as well as a member of our Board of Directors. He manages our strategic accounts and is heavily involved in strategic planning. He was co-founder and CEO of emerging markets brokerage Brunswick Direct before starting Panopticon in 2001, where is served us CEO until April 2007.
Before his term at Brunswick Direct, De Geer was Vice President Corporate Development at Khanty Mansiysk Oil Corporation (KMOC), a Russian oil company, which has since been acquired by Marathon Oil. Willem is also the Chairman of Terra Holding, the leading specialist in interior landscaping and maintenance in Russia. Willem holds a degree from the Stockholm School of Economics. |

 Brian O'Keefe is our Director of Product Management. He leads cross-functional teams involving our engineering, QA, usability, marketing, sales, and support group to help us develop and launch new products. Brian has over 20 years of experience in financial services and in selling software and services to financial institutions and other firms. Before joining Panopticon, O’Keefe was Director of Financial Analytics of Tibco’s Spotfire Division. He has managed an institutional portfolio at Putnam Investments where he also traded foreign currencies, futures, bonds, equities and derivatives. In addition, Brian held positions as Director of Sales at a leading alternative trading system (ATS) company and Director of Sales at a Direct Market Access (DMA) electronic broker. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the company and his broad experience spans proprietary trading within banks to selling software and services to financial institutions. |

 Sam Giertz is President of our US company. He was co-founder and CTO of emerging markets brokerage Brunswick Direct before spinning off Panopticon Software in 2001. He is an entrepreneur with a unique combination of real life business experience and a deep understanding of technology. Previously, Sam worked in financial services at the online trading division of Hagströmer Qviberg.
Sam co-founded Panopticon with Willem De Geer and Markus Skyttner. Sam holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the Stockholm School of Economics. |

 Markus Skyttner is our CTO and is responsible for the technology road map and heads the product team which includes research, development and operations. Prior work experience includes Brunswick Direct and Bridge Information System in London, where he was responsible for development of real-time financial new software in the EMEA-region. Markus co-founded Panopticon with Willem De Geer and Sam Giertz. He studied at the Stockholm School of Economics and at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. |

 Theodor Stenevang Klemming is our Director of Operations. He manages all activities related to professional services, support, documentation, and training. Before joining Panopticon, he ran an IT consultancy services business. While attending the M Sc program at the Stockholm School of Economics, Theo majored in Information Management. He has also completed studies in political science and languages. |
