 Willem De Geer is Managing Director for the company as well as a member of our Board of Directors. He manages our strategic accounts and is heavily involved in strategic planning. He was co-founder and CEO of emerging markets brokerage Brunswick Direct before starting Panopticon. Before his term at Brunswick Direct, De Geer was Vice President Corporate Development at KMOC, an oil company that is now part of Marathon Oil. Willem is also the Chairman of Terra Holding, the leading specialist in interior landscaping and maintenance in Russia. Willem holds a degree from the Stockholm School of Economics.

 Chris Elsmore is our Senior Vice President and leads our Partner Program. He helps resellers, systems integrators and OEM partners build profitable new revenue streams with Panopticon’s products. Before joining Panopticon, Chris was with SAP/Business Objects for eight years where he managed alliances throughout the world and helped the company quadruple alliance revenues in the Asia Pacific region and Japan over a two year period. His previous positions include five years with BOC Edwards leading the global launch of their electronics service business and two years as Alliance Director for i2 Technologies. Chris holds a Bachelor Honors degree in Chemical Engineering from Aston University and a Master of Science in Business Management at Bristol University. Chris also completed the Fundamentals of Management program at Columbia University in New York. |

 Peter Simpson is our SVP Research & Development. He is responsible for all development, pre-sales, support and consulting activities. Peter held Content, Product Management and Implementation roles at Instant Information before joining Panopticon in 2007. Before that, he held several senior positions with HSBC Global Banking and Markets, including Global Distribution Manager for Global Research and E-commerce Strategist. Peter holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics with Space Science & Technology. |

 Richard Wilkinson is our SVP Americas and leads our sales and support efforts in the region. Richard has over 15 years experience selling technology products to financial services clients in support of application areas like interest rate, credit and equity derivatives, fixed income, risk management, trading, and back office operations. Before joining Panopticon he was Head of Sales at Theoretics, a cross-asset trading and risk solution. His previous positions included 10 years at Sungard Trading and Risk where he served as Sales Director and also managed Sungard's derivatives trading and risk teams. Richard holds a Bachelor Honors degree in Computer Science from Brunel University with a specialist focus on Human Computer Interaction. |

 Michael Le Lion is our SVP of International Sales and focuses on the financial services community, real time streaming applications and OEM partners for the Panopticon technology set. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate sales. Before joining Panopticon, Michael was Head of Sales and Partnerships for Bishopsgate Financial, a VAR and consulting firm with clients including RBS, Lloyds, Nomura, London Stock Exchange, Barclays Capital, and Deutsche Bank. Prior to Bishopsgate, Michael held senior sales positions at Platinum Technology, Fujitsu-ICL Retail, Verity, Comshare, and Datamonitor/Ovum where he actively targeted the financial services industry. |

 Jennifer Nye is VP of Sales and Strategic Alliances for Panopticon Software. She works closely with the partner channel to build profitable new revenue streams with Panopticon's visualization suite of products. Prior to joining Panopticon, Jennifer was with Fidelity Investments for 12 years where she directed the Relationship Management team within their clearing division. Prior to that, she was a retail broker at Kidder, Peabody for 5 years and held her Series 7, 63 and 23 licenses. Jennifer has a BS in Economics from St. Lawrence University's Honors Program. |

 Theodor Stenevang Klemming is our VP Corporate Development. He manages all activities related to business process improvements and internal business intelligence. Before joining Panopticon, he ran an IT consultancy services business. While attending the Master of Science program at the Stockholm School of Economics, Theo majored in Information Management. He has also completed studies in political science and languages. |

 Ludvig Sandman is our Chief Architect. He is responsible to devising the basic architecture of our SDK and EX products. Ludvig has over 15 years of experience in designing robust software systems for processing and analyzing complex data. He helped found Panopticon Software along with Willem De Geer, Markus Skyttner and Sam Giertz. Before starting Panopticon, Ludvig was Chief Architect for Brunswick Direct, an emerging markets brokerage, where he was in charge of development of their Market Map application. Before Brunswick, Ludvig was an ASP, Java and C++ expert for Ementor Systems where he developed applications for telecommunications companies. Prior to that, he held positions at Rektron AB, Danderryds Hospital, Procorida, and the Swedish Nuclear Power Inspectorate. Ludvig studied Computer Science at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. |

 Hannes Reijner is Panopticon’s Chief Visualization Researcher. He is responsible for our interactive visualizations and visual analysis capabilities. Hannes has designed most of our visualizations, among them Panopticon’s acclaimed Horizon Graph. His designs adhere to information visualizations best practices, respecting the rules of visual perception and enabling the most effective display of quantitative information for fast comprehension. His work includes both the display design and the subsequent coding framework from visualization primitives to fully functional visualizations. In addition, he designs data analysis features, interactive legends and filters, and color schemes. Hannes is also responsible for ensuring Panopticon contributes to and is kept current with the latest techniques within the international information visualization research community. Prior to joining Panopticon in 2004, Hannes was a teacher in mathematics at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden, where he also performed studies at the Master of Science program in Engineering Physics. |

 Emmeli Höglund is our Head of Finance and Administration. Before joining Panopticon she worked as a finance controller at Intelliplan. She also served as head of accounting at VKG Fastighetsvärme and held different accounting positions at VKG Group. Emmeli has also worked with administration at Tragard & Falkenborn law firm. Emmeli studied business administration at Blekinge Institute of Technology. |

 Hugh Heinsohn is our VP Marketing. Before joining Panopticon, he was VP Marketing & Business Development and President of US operations for Digital Vision, an Emmy Award-winning developer of image processing software used to make feature films, television programs and commercials. Before that, he served as president of Xytech Systems Corporation, a developer of enterprise software used to manage the business operations for clients including Boeing, Ford, Time-Warner, and Sony. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University. |
