Publish dashboards to the web and desktop or embed in your own applications

All of our visual data analysis products support identical functionality. They can all connect to real-time streaming feeds, CEP engines, flat files, and virtually any database.Panopticon dashboards are compatible with virtually any set of deployment requirements. You can install and use them effectively on a single user's desktop, publish dashboards to the web or embed our visual analytics tools into your own applications using our SDK.

Three deployment options

We have three major products to choose from. The right one for you will depend on your specific requirements and the details of your application. All three products offer identical functionality in terms of data visualizations, filtering capability and data connectivity.

• The Panopticon EX enterprise application is fully productized system designed for rapid deployment at the workgroup or enterprise level. It incorporates a wide range of data visualizations, from Treemaps and Heatmaps to Scatter Plots and Bullet Graphs, and uses our unique StreamCube™ OLAP data model for on-the-fly data aggregations and slicing and dicing. The platform includes a desktop authoring tool that allows power users to assemble and publish new monitoring and analysis dashboards to the web.
• The Developer SDK allows programmers to embed the Panopticon StreamCube™ OLAP data model and data visualizations into their own applications. The SDK supports code-level integration with existing enterprise applications, client/server, or web-enabled, thin-client deployments. The technology is an excellent fit with SOA-enabled architectures. It is capable of receiving streams of data and events, then presenting the information to analysts in a useful graphical format. The SDK supports Java (Swing) and Windows .NET (WinForms, WebForms and WPF).
• Our Rapid Development Kit combines features of EX and the Developer SDK. It allows you to build dashboards quickly in EX and embed the complete dashboards as objects in your applications. This allows you to complete quite sophisticated development projects in just a few hours with minimal coding. It also puts control over the design of the dashboards into the hands of knowledgeable business users who understand best how to visualize the information they're looking for.

For initial evaluations, we typically provide users with the desktop component of Panopticon EX. This offers all of the capabilities of the complete EX systems, including the EX server component, and requires no coding at all to get up and running.
